  1. Booking and Payment:

    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of reservation and travel arrangements.
    • Payments can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
    • Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, supplier rates, and other factors. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price will be locked in.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel supplier, destination, and type of booking. We will provide you with specific cancellation terms for your reservation.
    • If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible to minimize cancellation fees and penalties.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the travel supplier and may take some time to be completed.
  3. Travel Insurance:

    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
    • It is your responsibility to review and select an appropriate travel insurance policy that suits your needs.
  4. Passport, Visas, and Travel Documents:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity from your return date.
    • You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and travel documents required for your travel destination.
  5. Health and Safety:

    • Before traveling, it is essential to check for any travel advisories, vaccination requirements, and health precautions related to your destination.
    • Mlechick Adventures will not be held liable for any health issues or accidents that may occur during your trip.
  6. Travel Itinerary and Changes:

    • We will provide you with a detailed travel itinerary outlining your trip's activities, accommodations, and other essential information.
    • If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after booking, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, but additional fees and costs may apply.
  7. Liability:

    • Mlechick Adventures, LLC acts as an intermediary between you and various travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.
    • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to the actions or negligence of these third-party suppliers.
  8. Client Responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
    • It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations at your travel destination.
  9. Travel Agent Availability:
    1. Due to the nature of the travel agents jobs, Agent(s) may not be available right away. Please contact us as soon as an issue arises, so that we can solve your issue quickly.
    2. For issues during a booked trip, please allow up to 1 hour for service.
    3. For Issues to a booked trip, that is greater then 1 week from the start of your trip, please allow up to 4 hours for service.
    4. For obtaining a new quote, please allow up to 72 hours (Unless otherwise specified), for service.
    5. At anytime, a client may contact Mlechick Adventures for information on their travel.
